Legal Virginia Interstate Firearms Transfer Steps
- Agree on terms and pay your seller directly.
- Instruct your seller that you will be dealing with Virginia Arms Co.
- Call Virginia Arms Co. and give us your seller's address and phone number.
- Virginia Arms Co. will mail your seller a copy of our Federal Firearms License (FFL).
- Your seller will ship your firearm(s) to Virginia Arms Co. after receiving the FFL.
- Virginia Arms Co. will contact you when your merchandise has arrived.
- Come to Virginia Arms Co., pay a $20.00 transfer fee (per), and take home your firearm(s).
